Mr. A.S. Kanchwalla is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been into practice since the last 34 years with a rich experience in various fields and industries.
A.S. Kanchwalla has previously worked with A.F. Ferguson & Co. (now Deloitte),one of the reputed Chartered Accountants firm in India. He is a member of the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society (BCAS) and was the past convener of the Andheri-Oshiwara CPE Study Circle of WIRC. He has got a vast experience in Audit, Internal Audit and Taxation. He has expertise in consultations for Direct and Indirect Tax laws, Goods and Service Tax (GST) consultations and Corporate restructuring. He specializes in the area of Audit of Banks, Limited Companies, Subsidiaries of Foreign Companies in India. He is skilled and has got a vast experience in handling Scrutiny Assessments for Direct and Indirect Tax at various levels. He has also been on the Panel of Offical Liquidators maintained by the High Court of Mumbai. He is also a Peer Reviewer with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

Mr. Adeeb, is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a degree in Information System Audit (DISA) by ICAI, a certificate in International Auditing by the ACCA UK (Cert.IA), he is also a Certified Internal Controls Auditor by The Institute of Internal Controls, New Jersey.
Adeeb is a member of Bombay Chartered Accountants Society (BCAS) , Goods and Service Tax Practioners of Maharashtra (GSTPM) & All India federation of Tax Practioners (AIFTP).
Adeeb has a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. He is a strong accounting and taxation professional skilled in Direct Taxation matters, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and System Audits. He has immense expertise in concurrent bank audits, Income Tax Litigations at various stages, Scrutiny Assessments for Direct and Indirect Tax Laws and undertakes Goods and Service Tax (GST) consultations and Goods and Service Tax (GST) Audits.
